Group meditations are especially popular (and appropriate) for pre-wedding day festivities and/or bachelorette parties, graduation celebrations, birthdays, and anniversaries.
We will work together to curate a 30-45 minute session that focuses on what's most important to you, whether that's setting an intention for a once-in-a-lifetime moment, grounding & centering yourselves before a big day, or re-connecting with your own heart and contemplating gratitude to remind you of what matters most.
These sessions can take place virtually or wherever your event is located, provided there is adequate and comfortable seating for all participants, and that the space is quiet and private.

We will work together to curate a 30-45 minute practice that aligns with the needs of your team, whether it's a need for greater focus and concentration, addressing stress and burn-out, cultivating compassion and increasing emotional intelligence, or contemplating intention and visualizing goals.
Regardless of theme, all corporate sessions focus on generating mindfulness in the workplace and include discussions based on practical application and the neuroscience of meditation.
